Your new kitchen starts with ideas and designs

Initial Consultation

We begin with an initial kitchen design consultation, either in our showroom or at your home, to discuss your joinery needs and develop a client brief. Our designers will cover aspects such as design, budget, timeline, and appliances. This session typically lasts about an hour.

Concept Presentation

Next, our team will present your custom kitchen design including concept plans, elevations, and 3D renderings based on your brief. You’re welcome to request up to three sets of amendments. Additional changes beyond that may incur a fee.

The second stage includes signing off on all the fine details

Final Design Review

The final design will be presented. During this session, our designers will guide you through a colour consultation to select materials and finishes. Feel free to bring any colour samples or reference images to aid in your choices.

Sign-Off

We will provide a detailed quote outlining materials and components. The quote must be signed to confirm your acceptance. Please ensure you provide all appliance model numbers and flooring types at this stage. A 50% deposit invoice will then be sent to secure your spot in our production schedule.

Once the design is ready our installation team take over

Final Site Measurements

Before manufacturing, we conduct a final site measure when framing is up. If any adjustments are needed based on this measurement, your designer will reach out to discuss the changes.

Installation Schedule

A tentative installation date will be added to our production schedule. Our Office Manager will contact you as the date approaches to ensure everything is on track. A 40% progress payment invoice will be issued one week before our kitchen installers are due to carry out the work, payable before the joinery leaves our factory. Finally, the remaining 10% will be invoiced upon completion of installation.

Feedback from our clients shows that the process is more streamlined when you use our sub-trades who help to co-ordinate the entire process. These trades have worked alongside Kitchen Concepts for 15 plus years and have an existing relationship with us. Please Note, they will quote and invoice you directly.
